A mowing service provides professional lawn care by cutting grass to maintain a neat, healthy, and well-kept appearance.
A trimming service shapes and maintains bushes, hedges, and plants to keep landscapes looking clean, balanced, and well-groomed.
A seeding service evenly spreads grass seed to promote healthy growth, fill in bare spots, and create a lush, vibrant lawn.
Fertilizing replenishes essential nutrients in the soil, helping grass grow stronger, greener, and more resistant to weeds, pests, and drought.
Mulching helps retain soil moisture, regulate temperature, suppress weeds, and enrich the soil as it decomposes. Fresh soil replenishes lost nutrients, improves soil structure, and supports healthy root growth. It also enhances drainage, boosts fertility, and creates the ideal foundation for strong, vibrant plants.
A fall clean-up service removes leaves, debris, and seasonal clutter to prepare lawns and landscapes for winter and promote healthy growth in spring.

Rooted in excellence, we treat every customer like family and every landscape with care. Our passion for horticulture drives us to create beautifully tranquil spaces while saving our clients time and effort.

We use top-of-the-line equipment to ensure the highest quality results. Our mowers, trimmers, and other tools are regularly maintained and updated to keep them in optimal working condition.

We would love nothing more than to be able to serve all of the Greater Toronto area, but at this time our service area reaches the areas covering south Etobicoke, and South Mississauga.
We stay in constant communication with our customers until the job is done. To get a free quote, or if you have any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us.
Please reach us at twinwillowlawncare@outlook.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Invoices are based on our hourly rate, multiplied by the number of staff working on your property, from the moment we arrive until the time we leave. Time on site is tracked to the nearest five minutes.
A standard travel time charge is applied to all invoices.
If additional materials (such as mulch or soil) are requested, or if you ask us to remove debris from your property (otherwise, we leave it neatly bagged for city collection), those charges will also be added.
Invoices are typically emailed the next business day.
Once the job is done, our crew records their time and sends it to the office. The next business day, you’ll receive your invoice conveniently by email.
We offer both one-time and recurring services, depending on your needs.
A one-time garden service provides professional care for your yard or garden when you can’t, whether you’re on vacation, away on business, or simply too busy. It can include mowing, pruning, and general clean-up—ensuring your outdoor space stays healthy, tidy, and welcoming until you’re ready to take over again.
We use Yardbook to keep our estimates accurate, consistent, and easy for homeowners to understand.
When a request comes in, we start by creating the customer and property in Yardbook. We measure the lawn and landscape areas directly in the system using satellite mapping or notes from an on-site visit. This helps us calculate square footage and service scope so nothing is guessed or overlooked.
Next, we build the estimate using our pre-set services and pricing in Yardbook. Each service—such as cleanup, mulching, fertilization, or seeding—is itemized so the customer can clearly see what’s included. Our pricing already accounts for labour, materials, equipment, and disposal, which keeps estimates fair and consistent from property to property.
Once the estimate is complete, we send it directly through Yardbook. Customers can review it, approve it online, and we’re instantly notified. This keeps the process fast, transparent, and organized, while ensuring we deliver exactly what was quoted.
